1. Product Overview

Liming Global Network Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Liming Global" or "we") provides digital products and platform subscriptions for foreign trade enterprises, including but not limited to trade website builders, marketing automation platforms, compliance reporting tools, logistics planning calculators, payment integration toolkits, data analytics dashboards, email marketing platforms, and SEM campaign builders. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to comply with all terms in this Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our products (hereinafter referred to as "you") shall comply with the following guidelines:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information;
• Safeguard your account information and be responsible for all activities under your account;
• Ensure that the content you input into our products is lawful and compliant, and does not involve infringement, fraud, or illegal activities;
• Comply with the laws and regulations of your target markets, including but not limited to import/export controls, consumer protection laws, and data protection regulations;
• Pay the agreed subscription fees on time;
• Do not use our products for any purpose that harms national interests, public interests, or the lawful rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of our digital products, including software, templates, dashboards, toolkits, and other content, are owned by Liming Global. Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell our products, nor may you use our proprietary technology or trade secrets for purposes outside the scope of the subscription agreement.

The trademarks, brand materials, and product information you input into our products remain your intellectual property. You grant us the necessary usage rights to provide the product functionality.

5. Pricing & Payment

Our product pricing is as displayed on the purchase page:

• Product prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes handled by Yedpay as the Merchant of Record;
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; one-time purchases provide lifetime access as described;
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing, with price changes communicated to existing subscribers 30 days in advance;
• All payments are processed by Yedpay. For overdue subscriptions, access to the product may be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Product Guarantees

We are committed to providing you with high-quality digital products:

• Platform availability guaranteed at no less than 99.5% (excluding force majeure events);
• 7×24 technical support response, with issues addressed within 4 hours on business days;
• Regular product updates and feature improvements;
• Strict compliance with data security and privacy protection requirements.

7. Disclaimer

Liming Global shall not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• Force Majeure: Product interruption or data loss caused by natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events;
• Third-Party Causes: Issues arising from third-party services (such as payment platforms, shipping carriers, etc.);
• User Causes: Issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the user or violations of this policy;
• Market Risk: Business results that fall short of expectations due to market changes, policy adjustments, or other factors;
• Self-Modification: Issues caused by users modifying product configurations beyond the intended use scope.

8. Subscription Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access under the following circumstances:

• The subscription has expired and has not been renewed;
• The user has materially violated these Terms of Service;
• The user has failed to pay subscription fees for 30 consecutive days;
• The user is using the products for illegal activities.

After subscription termination, we will retain user data for 30 days to allow for data export. Data not exported within this period may be securely deleted.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the use of our products shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings at a court with jurisdiction over the location of Liming Global Network Technology.

10. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service based on product development and changes in laws and regulations. Amended policies will be published on this page, and significant changes will be communicated to you via email or in-product notifications. Continued use of our products constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
